The Mackenzie Gas Project Preliminary Information Package (PIP) was issued in June 2003 after the Aboriginal Pipeline Group's (APG) funding and participation agreements were finalized. The PIP includes information on environmental studies, the proposed pipeline route and size, and communication and consultation with communities.
